Energy efficiency and sustainability is always a consideration when building our homes, and we are proud to be a nationally certified green builder. We work with architects, and are also willing to work with the customer to design their house.
When choosing materials, we will even go shopping with our customers. We have a very strong relationship with Hamshaw Lumber in Keene which is where most of our materials come from. Belletetes and Perkins are other great options for our customers to chose materials from, finding what works best for them.

The next step is to make arrangements for a personal visit and create your estimate. Once the estimate is accepted, we will then proceed with creating a timeline, involving an architect if needed, and shopping for materials. We work closely with our clients every step of the way to ensure that their needs are met. Even after our projects are complete, we like to continue our relationship with our clients.
